String 1: two shots on each target area
String 2: 1 shot on each target area, reload, then fire another shot on each target area

If you're performing this drill during a dry fire session, double check to make sure your gun is unloaded and ensure you don't have any ammunition in your magazines, or in the room where you're practicing.
